Overall the place is clean and beautifuly designed, it suited the needs. All the staff is amazingly great and welcoming and is engaged to make your stay awesome. The hotel provides a good service. This is a great and amazing location in Chiang Mai.

Norn-Nanta House is my go-to place in Chiang Mai. Never regret staying here. Staff kindly suggested restaurants on my first visit. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, a bar/lounge area, and a flat-screen TV. Can't wait to come back for Christmas.

Café Baan Homemade Bakery located 1 km away was a pleasant surprise. - the room was upgraded and had a stunning view of the sunset from the balcony. - the shower facilities, bath sheets, and slippers were provided and made the stay comfortable.

It is situated very close to the bustling night market, making it convenient to explore the local culture and find amazing bargains. Lastly, the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. I particularly loved the rooms with a balcony in the back, offering a peaceful retreat after a long day of sightseeing. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for its value for money, attention to detail, and excellent location.
